We will do everything possible to make sure your special event is successful. This section of the order form provides Date, Time, Billiard Table, Deposit information. Party Name: Party Date (eg. 2/21/00): Guest Count: Start Time: (eg. 5:30 PM) End Time: (eg. 1:30 AM) DEPOSIT and PAYMENT TERMS : A minimum deposit is required to secure your Date, Time and Buffet Selections. Deposit is 50% of the Buffet or $250.00 minimum. Deposit can be Credit Card or Company Check. At the close of your party, the final tab will be calculated and presented for payment in full (less deposit). Payment can be Cash, Charge or Company Check can be used for final tab payment (no personal checks). On Private Parties over $500.00 there is a 2.5 percent Credit Card processing charge added to your tab. There is no Credit Card additional charge for payment by Company Check or Cash. The rate per table is $8.00 per hour from 11:00 am to 6:00 p.m., $ 12.50 per hour from 6:00 p.m. till close. (unlimited players). Edgar’s Private Room is $ 25.00 per hour, has 1 Billiard Table and can hold 20 people or you can rent the Private Room for your Buffet (Tops placed on the Billiard table to hold and serve your Buffet). Full award winning wait staff service will be provide in a first class manner to all private parties. If desired, an optional 8 or 9 Ball Tournament can be added to your party with a professional instructor for $ 175.00. Two Cues and cases can be added to your Tournament for the winners for $ 190.00. (Y or N): AT THE CLOSE OF YOUR PARTY : 15 minuets prior to your scheduled party end, Edgar’s duty manager will visit your party where you can request to extend your party or arrange for Last Call (if open Bar). After Last Call your final tab will be calculated and prepared. Copies of Billiard, Buffet and Beverage detail will be provided. Please Note: Once your party has ended, all guests must leave the Billiards Area within 15 minuets of the end of the party. Guests that are staying after the party are more than Welcome in the Bar, Dining, Outside Patio or may also elect to rent a Billiard table and continue playing. Billed on one check - full beverage detail is provided OPTION # 2 - CASH BAR : Members of your party are responsible for ordering and paying as they order or members of your party may start a check with the use of a major credit card. OPTION # 3 - DRINK TICKET OPEN BAR : Edgar's will provide you with Drink Tickets that can be given out to your guests. Each beverage ordered by your guests would then require that guest to give the wait person a drink ticket at the time the guest requests the beverage. Charges are accrued on actual consumption - no charge for any unused drink tickets. Once the customer has exhausted their allotted drink tickets and would desire additional beverage, the wait staff will continue to wait on that customer under the Cash Bar guidelines.
